Late Client Policy
We understand that things happen and often NYC subways don't run on time. If for any reason you are expecting to be late by 15 minutes or more to your scheduled appointment, please email us at email@example.com
We work very hard to schedule the right amount of time for each service. Accommodating late clients is often impossible without disrupting other clients' schedules that day. Please be aware that in the unfortunate event you are late, we cannot guarantee that your services will be performed that day or performed in full. Tardiness may require rescheduling your appointment for another day.
++ Should you need to cancel or change your appointment, V O E Studio requires a minimum 24 hours notice. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged a fee equal to 50% of your service price.
++ If for any reason you are expecting to be 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will be considered a no show and charged 50% of your service price.
